The NESE pipeline was rejected by our DEC 3 times bc it will 1) wreck the climate; 2) imperil public health; 3) increase utility bills for ratepayers during an affordability crisis; 4) and the gas is not needed.

I recall a Congressman asking an admiral about ten years ago why the navy was working on climate issues instead of 'war fighting capabilities'.

The admiral responded by asking "Are you aware that most of our bases are located at sea level?"

The Navy’s Vanguard Against Rising Sea Levels
The Navy should implement a new initiative to allow Civil Engineer Corps officers and the Seabees to combat sea level rise, which is threatening many coastal military installations.

The answer is right below your feet. A campus is ideal for transitioning to Networked Geothermal power. Heetma.org is leading the way.

Is this $2.7 million in lease payments per year? How long are the leases? Is there any escalation rate? $120 per acre seems incredibly low.

What is the export power in kW of these offerings? Utilities in MA pay $200 / kW per year to participate in Connected Solutions. Would pay more for a higher power offering.

The Ford bi-directional charger specs show 19.2 kW, which can power a US home with a 100 amp / 240 Volt panel.

Our rivers have amazing potential.

The Merrimack River flowing through Lowell and Lawrence MA with a flow rate of 7,557 cubic feet per second has a thermal potential of 1 GW by lowering the water temperature 2°F or 1.1°C.

The Pilgrim nuclear power plant in MA used to produce 680 MW.

(5,6) The idea that adding guns makes us safer was the big lie. When you dig down deeper, AR 15's also are only a problem of the past 25 years. If you want to look at why we have more dead kids in schools, just look at the AR 15 sales. It is all that you need to know.

Full resignation letter from Demetre C. Daskalakis, a CDC leader, does not hold back.
"The recent shooting at CDC is not why I am resigning. My grandfather, who I am named after, stood up to fascist forces in Greece and lost his life doing so. I am resigning to make him and his legacy proud."

Which will we have first? AI that works or a Dyson Sphere?

Altman seems to think the Dyson Sphere is only 20 years away.
