Why isn't BC Hydro spending more R&D funds on developing workable tidal generation in BC? We have the perfect location to exploit this powerful and totally predictable resource. And it's also the perfect way to get all of these small coastal communities off diesel generators.

Trump's far too stupid to be "a Russian agent". On the other hand, Putin knows that everything is transactional with Trump. Show him the money, and you get the deal. Is there any doubt that Russia has funneled billions into Trumps crypto currency scam in exchange for favours?

Is it simply not possible for any public sector entity to bring in a capital project on time and on budget these days? Is project management a skill that is completely absent in today's governments?

Question: Is it worth the risk? I changed vacation plans for this month because I didn't want to catch a border guard having a bad day. Heading to Mexico instead (and bypassing any U.S. airports). If I absolutely HAD to go, I'd definitely be using a burner flip phone.
