Every. Single. Time I criticize the feds on health care someone shows up in my mentions to remind me of this basic fact about the industry in which I work.

Why the apologetics? Being loud about health care is the ONLY way we get anything done.

As I understand it, this will likely be replaced by a low-volume, inefficient episodic-only clinic, with no interest or accountability in helping those most in need.

VIHA-led primary care is a very expensive and cruel failure.

Front-line workers continue to try to work with health authorities and government, investing countless hours, and this is how they and their patients are treated.
