Threads is becoming its own thing honestly, not to be compared with Bluesky/X. I didn't like it as the algorithm originally showed me just negativity, but eventually Threads seems like a place where you can be yourself, open up about yourself and be you, everyone are like friends to each other.

So remember to be kind, loving and caring when you can. Sometimes it may not be possible, sometimes you may react emotionally and that is good too as you are human.

I used to be Advaitin but switched naturally to Vishishtadvaita/Sivaadvaita(but honestly I am not a "pure" Sivadvaitin, it is complex) after a lot of meditation and reflection(and subconsciously shifting my focus from Jnana to "Jnana-Bhakti").

I agree. Vishishtadvaita and Advaita are equally "supreme"(not that dvaita is any less worthy also), it just depends on the person what fits them more for their path(and what makes more sense). In their core they are the same "There is only One beyond grasp".

That part I agree with. I just feel like it aligns much more with Vishishtadvaita(that while there is only One, the multiplicity is not just an illusion, but a semi-real imperfect manifestation of the One but that just is a proof of undefinability of the One that is beyond any concept we can grasp)

Thank you for engaging! I do not necessarily agree that it is an allegory of Advaita, but I can understand where you are coming from.

I can't deny that there are things I realized trough this too(it wasn't like I knew it all, many things I also realized by watching this video). But it also explains so well why I hold 90% of my metaphysical(or better say philosophical and spiritual views).

I was super surprised because it essentially aligns with qualified nondualist (Vishishtadvaitin view I tend to align with) metaphysics and meaning of life while also being applicable to everyone else (be it materialist, agnostic, atheist, Christian, dualist, idealist etc.).

I will say this to remain transparent about what I deleted. I had a reply regarding holding a view contrary to this, but it was proven that my logic does not make much sense(now I just consider making it illegal worthless, not harmful). Thank you, @gunkle.bsky.social, for making me rethink my views.

The system that is currently in power makes us polarized as the system rewards those who act that way, those who do their best to polarize the people, hence why politics or any other field is so polarized.
