🔴☯️ Life is like the flow of a river—ever-changing, unpredictable, yet profoundly steady in its movement. Trust the flow today, knowing that you are part of something much larger and infinitely wise. Can you surrender to this natural rhythm? Think about that 🤩🔆🙏🏻

❇️ People and things don't exist independently; they exist because our minds label and perceive them that way. By deeply understanding this concept of 'selflessness,' we can break free from our habit of seeing ourselves as separate entities, transforming our perspective and well-being.

❇️ I always endorse experimenting with different meditation durations. Some days, a shorter session may be more suitable for you, while on others, you may wish to sit l a lot longer.

Most importantly, is turning up, ready to practice🙏

❇️ Try this. For a few minutes each occasion. Incorporate gentle movement or stretching before or after meditation to release tension and promote a sense of presence. Think about it.

✳️ Instead of pushing something away try to accept it; lean into it, and find one small thing you can like about it. Letting go of resistance will make life easier.

❇️ Just let go…….
Let go of striving and allow yourself to simply be in the present moment. Release expectations and surrender to the practice. Think about it.

✳️ Early morning meditation. Each day take a little time ( 10 minutes or so ) to collect your thoughts through breathing exercises and prepare your mind and body for the day ahead. Think about it.

✳️Try not to stop your thinking but let the thinking stop on it's own. Top tip is to allow the flow of the mind to think of time as always now and travelling through and continually bumping forward our memories. Each new moment of beauty and kindness we make is new time created. Think about it
