Digging up British TV's past like a televisual archaeologist, grooving to library music and riding the TVARK train for over 20 years. Who said nostalgia wasn't a full-time gig?
The 1980s were Radio 2's golden days, making TV look like the awkward relative you'd dodge at gatherings. Terry Wogan's wit, Jimmy Young's chat, Gloria Hunniford's sparkle, Desmond Carrington's oldies, and David Jacobs' class made it the ultimate party - great music, fab company and no stolen wine!

Border Television. Proof that even in 1980 you could make great TV with Derek Batey, two cameras and enough change to buy a pint.
