The first (of the six) workshops on improvisation at the Utrecht Conservatory is a wrap. So much fun.
Back to work: first with Japanese music in the Kaiju Project, and after exploring the Persian music of Martijn Soeterbroek and Siavash Kamkar, I suddenly find myself immersed in a recording (the Dune Sessions) — an Indian-inspired jam with dear friends from New Delhi, Maribor & Oslo.
