Deportation raids continue. Sad days for our country. This is not my country or my president!! The Statue of Liberty ‘Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, I lift my lamp beside the golden door’. Oh, and the majority of us ARE immigrants.

Waking up to a cold morning here and staying warm with Miss Roxy. She had a spa day yesterday with a new look.
I’ve continued to recover from the pneumonia. Stronger each day. Thankful!

Making more progress each day at recovering from this pneumonia. Hoping to get out and about a bit soon but have to make sure my lungs are ready. Always in my happy place with Roxy and with Jose by my side. Thankful!

So thankful to be home. Finally a great nights sleep with my breathing improving! On my way to recovery!

Out of the bed and up in the chair! Hallway pass and 2 lap marathon last night! I won! 😂
