I'm no expert, but maybe front arm wrapping a bit and back elbow flying away? Also, your front arm is basically touching your chest. Should feel like your hands are in front of your chest in the backswing; get more rotation or don't take your hands back so far. Think Tommy Fleetwood's 3/4 swing.
