Imagine a Federal Press Commission that licensed newspapers. Or a Federal Book Commission that decided what may or may not be published. What we would shun here as intolerable is taken for granted in the most important media outside the internet. Radio and television.

If I've noted this once, I've noted this 1000 times... NETWORKS (and cable channels) DO NOT REQUIRE LICENSES!!!! Not ABC or NBC or MSNow or FOX or OAN or NEWSMAX, etc... Only radio and tv BROADCAST stations.
