I like them both ways but for holidays, I love to make a loaded choco-chip cookie with 3 kinds of chocolate chips, chopped nuts and dried raisins and cranberries. If I know beforehand, that there are benighted folks who are afraid of raisins/nuts, I hold some dough back and make a few without.

If this happens again, and it fits your diet, the bones and juice in that roasting pan, with some of the smaller chicken bits, some rice and broccoli, could make a delicious chicken soup for another meal or two. Love, your Jewish Hypno-Grandmother.
