Second appointment with client whose horse I started on in October today. Horse had been lame for 3 years, not ridden. Owner says he has been doing so much better that she is considering riding again 🥰

Hard lesson this year: My "boundaries" regarding work need to be somewhere shy of the absolute physical limit of what I can force my body to do. It's ok to protect my wellbeing.

Thrush/soft soles- 1 part sugardine (9 parts white sugar 1 part betadine) 1 part French green clay, add betadine to make a spreadable consistency)
Best dipping sauce for fries- 3 parts mayo 1 part sri racha generous shake of cheddar popcorn seasoning, black pepper
