As Chair of our Disability Working Group, I’ve seen the hard work of a committed and inclusive group of staff and barristers take us from a standing start in 2021 to becoming the first chambers accredited as a Disability Confident Leader in 2025. A milestone, not an endpoint. #DisabilityConfident

It was a pleasure to chair this event: a great expert panel hugely enhanced by the questions and insights of such an engaged and large audience!

Research indicates chambers struggle to apply RAs for disabled/neurodivergent pupils. Watch if interested in #neurodiversity & #disability at the Bar.
In November, we hosted 'Disability inclusion: Neurodiversity at the Bar.' The webinar was designed to help those supervising and supporting neurodivergent pupils and colleagues.

If you missed it, you can watch the recording on our website now ⬇️
