We have children and assets, but I would be happy if society as a whole put a limit on max that can be passed down a generation and took 100% of the rest.

Question - is there something in the legal definition of 'juxtaposed' border controls

That prevents someone from turning up at one of these points in France/Netherlands/Belgium and request asylum?

I.e. just like every other country with a land border?
