All the pink is R1 zoned around Lilyfield station; so no 6 storey apartments allowed?
Looks like this low / medium rise code is actually just a low rise code unless councils play ball and rezone? And inner west council only ever up zones the worst, noisiest, most polluted land at busy roads.

And 2.2:1 floor space ratio only kicks in if the local council decides to zone the land R3 or R4, otherwise you just get 0.8:1.

Trying to export photos from Lightroom to Google Photos for family sharing. I export JPEG to a folder uploaded by Google Drive. But they race and sometimes a partially filled photo is uploaded with the bottom half grey, and then I need to delete, re-export, re-upload.
