Unfortunately, many people have little time to think about any of this. They are working two jobs etc. They attach to one or two talking points and they vote. They are not thinking five steps ahead.

What got me was the people on United 93 died preventing an attack on our Capitol on 9/11, then these asshats attack it “from the inside”.

Great points. The conferences are a mess in my opinion. It is at least a two tiered system now.
I question rankings we all pay attention to all season long. Maybe embrace the inherent tiering, and implement something similar to how the Premier League works.
