I guess I should be posting something of Spring. But I do like the freedom of this painting, if I do say so, albeit of winter!

A self-portrait I painted 30 years ago. I look very young, and not particularly happy. But I like this painting. It hangs in my studio, as a reminder of a time when I painted in a totally uninhibited way, free from the expectations of others.

haunt the grounds.
A high wall, a winding fence
Shut out.
