On a more positive note this morning; Slow Ways whose volunteers have been mapping 10,000 miles of walks in an act of 'citizen geography' now have made their walking guide available online. The website allows you to assess the suitability of walks for your abilities & constraints. As we struggle to deal with the hell of AI, and toxicity of social media, its good to see what real people working together with technology can achieve! #walking #technology https://beta.slowways.org

It’s not to everyone’s taste, but the Grade A listed stand at Gala Fairydean Rovers (designed by Peter Womersley) is an impressively graceful structure. Pictures don’t do it justice.
