Good to see the juvenile AGP today at Eyebrook Reservoir, and 2cy Casp (my first of the year) at Rutland Water; ringed as pullus 7/5/24 in the Netherlands, also 1 adult and 1cy YLG also present. #UKbirding #larids #rarebird

Managed to connect with the stunning male Turkestan Shrike on Saturday, after relocating it early morning. Even managed to get some reasonable photos – which is always a bonus.

A trip down to Landguard this morning produced a few migrants: 2 Blk Redstarts, Wheatear, Willow Warbler, 4 Lsr Whitethroats, and quite a few Clouded Yellows; however, my local patch at Denston this afternoon produced this nice 3cy YLG. #Larid #Suffolkbirds #Patchbirding #Gulls

2 Wheatear, Firecrest, and a DIPPER at the bottom of the Valley, that I possibly thought could be Black-bellied Dipper. But it looks like there is a little to much chestnut for it to be that. Opinions welcome of course. #UKbirding @birdguides.bsky.social
