I'd recommend finding a few webpages that can help. This site tells you each Pokémon's base stats, and this chart tells you natures. pokemondb.net/pokedex/all
Abilities are a lot to deal with and I think you'll figure out what's good by yourself

I will say Eelektrik is the most notable of the three simply bc this guy was the centerpiece of a lot of decks in the early BW era
