Pretty common nationally these days but 8 Cattle Egret with the Belties on Petos Marsh,Carlton Marshes, the highest number I've seen here

Cracking views of Jack Snipe at Carlton Marshes this evening, along with 2 Bittern briefly in flight, and a fly by barn owl. Mouthy youths by LookOut hide and later on playground 18.00 to 18.15 time were a bit of a dampener.

Frosty and Icy down Carlton Marshes this morning. Two Song Thrush along riverbank the best. Hawfrost on post pretty and a buzzard with more white.
