That's what I was thinking / wondering as well... It may have been two parties showing the first two & last two stories perhaps... May never know now...

I definitely remember bits of Mysterious Planet, & the end of Mindwarp when Peri sits up after being taken over. I remember the Vervoids being really creepy & scenes in the fun factory & Colin rising up out of the sand from Ultimate Foe. I also didn't like the new theme at the time but love it now

I immediately hear the theme tune whenever I see the words "Grange Hill"... Although I think the version I'm thinking of comes later than these seasons?

What are the episodes like watching them as an adult?

Yeah as a kid these were just words... I had no idea what it was really saying until I grew up...

That verse gets more and more powerful as time passes.

Very sad to hear of Peter's passing. I loved Peter, Paul & Mary growing up and I had a "best of" cassette tape of theirs that I regularly played

Just finished listening to this earlier today.

An entertaining listen as always, but the highlight was @davekitchen.bsky.social saying "Bob" in the style of Blackadder - cracked me up every time!

We both dropped out of fandom around the same time after the show ended and we had other interests at Uni etc... but eventually we found our way back... I think we probably would go to cons again like the "old days" if we lived in the same place...
