Cincinnati, Friday night, only hours after handful of masked neo-Nazis hang flags and banners on I-75 overpass in north suburbs near historic Black village of Lincoln Heights. Majority Latino crowd demonstrating for immigrant rights chants, “Cincinnati make it clear, Nazis are not welcome here.”
