Idk if it’s up your alley at all but I’m an experienced programmer and I’ve been a bit curious about how good or bad those are. If you end up doing one and want a person to talk to or ask advice from, I’d be down to help you debug just to see whether they’re good.

I could also see red white. Boros is probably the most typecast color pair, so making a version of it focused on the kinda paradoxical question of “how do we make systems that make people as free and equal as possible” would be a cool direction.

Honestly yeah. There are cons to the collector boosterification of magic, but the ceiling on how good art can be is only rising.

It’s hard to find but Tetris: the Games People Play by Box Brown is also really good. The history of Tetris is fucking crazy. Like it features yacht suicide, kgb agents doing contract negotiations, Nintendo being Nintendo, and the original creator getting completely screwed.

I like A City On Mars by the Wienersmiths. It’s about the feasibility of space exploration in the near future.

Personally I take that just as “dudes transforming into other dudes is an FF thing”. Like twink death by turning into elder god is kinda par for the course over there.
Those might be a perfect example of a thing that’s on its face nonsense but FF peeps are just like “oh yeah it’s this guy.”
