It's largely solved (never say never). The verse is a number puzzle and has barely been scratched. Some freak mopped up the geometry on the title.

There are, as adequately illustrated, four relationships, each indicated on the page, which connect the upper rectangular section with the lower circular section. The circular method of generating the two rules perfectly, and the upper diagram are heaving with masonic significance. #shakespeare
