Fundamental problem that HOR seats and Electoral Votes will be moving from Blue States (NE, NY, CA, etc.) to Red States (TX, FLA, TN, GA).
This was expected last year, before Trump even started his census shenanigans.

Fundamental problem that HOR seats and Electoral Votes will be moving from Blue States (NE, NY, CA, etc.) to Red States (TX, FLA, TN, GA).
