Really interesting that you showed issues with old school UK shillings printed pricing. I was around at this time and collecting DCs (with stamped pricing from UK distributor T&P) but must be honest and say I don’t remember seeing these Marvels on the comic racks in the local newsagents near me

Don’t forget his wondrous cover work on Super Friends (my personal favourite) and the New Adventures Of Superboy. An absolute master craftsman that deserves way more flowers for the wonderful legacy he left us

Mad is the word. Player safety is supposed to be the primary responsibility of refs. Caceido has committed this kind of foul so many times and has consistently got away with murder so thank God he got his just deserts for once and Merino is unscathed

My view is that we are blessed to still be getting music from this wonderful group of players. Yes I prefer the albums featuring original DP songs (which IMHO remain of an extraordinarily high standard), but this one is good honest fun. My ticket for next year’s gig in London is already bought 😀

Congrats gents. Just listened to the pod during a work out. Your love and knowledge of CTTB shone through throughout and it was wonderful to immerse myself in all of that. For me, this is a stone cold classic and probably Coverdale’s best DP vocals
