Trump’s unauthorized demolition of the East Wing is arguably the worst damage to our White House since British troops set the structure ablaze in 1814. I wouldn’t be surprised if this Quisling-in-Chief levels the entire property.

I also wouldn’t doubt that he might topple the Washington Monument so as to erect a taller obelisk, perhaps a Golden Phallus with his name on it.

I no longer suffer from migraines, but the memory of what this music did for me thirty years ago intensifies my feeling for it now.

I love them, too. Studied them in college, without real effect, but in my 40s, when most afflicted by migraines (primarily just the terrible pain; I experienced the related eye-show once only), I tried listening to these chants, desperate. And this practice actually helped.
