@tricyclemag.bsky.social Why can't I cancel a subscription online? The tinypass ecommerce software looks to be explicitly configured to disallow this, also configured to disallow removal of a credit card. I emailed support before Christmas and it's a bad time of year but I just want to cancel this

Son posted enrolment to AEC on Tue 1st April. Rolls closed Mon 8th April. He got a letter 22nd April saying he missed the deadline. Assuming Auspost got the letter there in time (most likely) then shouldn't some kind of postal rule apply where they count any received in time? #auspol
