I noticed in an article about @Monster's and @CareerBuilder's closing, they spent $286M on fighting job scams.

The bankruptcy wasn't new, but the job scam number was a wild mention to me.

It was noted in an article in the @detroitnews.com @washingtonpost.com

Is that spending normal?
