Very good point. I try and watch back games the day after and you come away with a very different opinion of the match. People get caught up with the emotions of the moment so it's good to get an unemotional opinion.

I think it's more about squad management then the ability to spend money. You can't buy players and expect to keep all the old ones as well.

I think we are getting there. Having competition for places (which we didn't have for most of last season) makes a big difference.
