I think you're being far too kind calling it 'prejudice'. Farage, Tice & co want to enrich themselves. Tax breaks for the already wealthy are highly likely. Remuneration from health insurers after privatising the NHS for example would no doubt be attractive to them.

Nailing his balls to a table, covering him in honey and setting soldier ants on him would be about what's deserved. PS (I have no near future plans to visit the USA).

He's the kind of guy who'd revel in the ignominy.

What's their message? I seem to have missed that.

Hitler was very fond of his Alsatian dog. I bet he spoiled it rotten.

Shameless, lacking in all integrity, honesty or honour. A self-serving weasel who is so contemptuous of his electorate he feels he can say anything that preserves or advances his position.

Aoife, not 'England'. It was 'British' involvement. They are not the same thing.

Did the Jewish lobby force Raskin to vote against? They probably leant into him pretty hard.

I can't wait for the mid-terms

How is that, in any way, relevant? Who in the West would choose Russian as a second language? It's pretty far down most people's lists.

'Engagement fishing'? It was a genuine question. Lobbing the term 'engagement fishing' around is dismissive and lazy.

Can anyone explain why this is talked about in the comments as a great song? The lyrics seem banal and repetitive for starters. Any insights greatly appreciated.

The mid-terms will offer the American people the opportunity to mitigate some of the damage. If they fail to do so, then you'd be right.

Trump can manipulate the stock market like a yo-yo. He is immune from prosecution. The tariff debacle isn't over. Trump will see there's much more mileage to be had, both in keeping him on top of the news cycle, and in the opportunities for grift.

Some statistical evidence would have added weight to Richard's explanation. Again, can you trust banks not to have hidden electronic ledgers?

For anything truly substantial to change it is the Republicans in Congress who will effect that change, at least until after the mid-terms. Judging by recent media posts several Rep senators have been confronted by an increasingly angry public in town hall meetings.

Cruelty for the sake of it, like a psychologically damaged child prodding a wounded bird with a stick.

Who the flying f@c# is going to read these emails? If readers of these emails aren't connected to the jobs in question, they wouldn't have a clue what work people are claiming they've done.
If they are connected to these employees and 'rat them out' they should be truly ashamed of their actions.

Too late. McConnell had a chance to stop Trump but decided not to. One of Trump's previous enablers. Few will be sorry to see him go.
