I am suffering from bad insomnia. The last two days of sleep have been very poor . Even listening to the prime Minister is not working.

Hi everyone it is very warm in my flat in Norwich in the UK . The UK is not made for heat . Blinds are designed to keep the heat in . There is no air conditioning in most homes in the UK . The thermostat are say it 28.8 C .

I had a day of fantasy today . I went to the cinema and watched Tom Cruise mission impossible dead reckoning . Thank Tom for take me out of this mad world we all live in for 3 hours . Love it.

I got in the gym this morning. I had a great workout. I'm going to try to move round the floor on my walk stick and leave the mobility scooter outside the room.

My bed broke last night. Well I was turning the mattress round when I saw it . Not what one needs on Saturday night . It is still usable at this point. But for how long Will it last

I have a hospital appointment at 4.15pm. I am having a Camera put in my bum. It's not the first time I have done this . I just took the enema to clean the pool from my body. What fun life is not . I hate having diarrhoea even doing it to myself. With the NHS this doesn't cost me any money.

The other day l moved my CDs into better storage . I have over 300 of them . Some of them you think I am cool other you think did anyone see but then .

Why I was sorting my CDs into their new cases. I was thinking I am glad money was tight over the years of my Life. There would have been a lot more to sort.

Like me you watch TV . A program in the UK call Sort life out in seven days . One of the women came up with this storage solution for DVDs and CDs . It worked because I was not throwing them away .

I am sitting on my bed. My very old irobot vacuum cleaner is run over my floor. I had bedbugs a few months ago. I had the flat sprayed but you cannot vacuum for 8 weeks so it kills the eggs. I have now been round 4 times the dirt it pulls out the carpet.

I am laying on my bed trying to keep my bum cheek from touching anything. I am suffering from pressure pain it's the trouble when you get about on a mobility scooter and sit all the time. It is one of the worst things about being disabled . A hard seat is hell

2021 and 2022 . I suffered badly from insomnia. I was taking a lot of medication for obesity and osteoarthriters. I found a way of getting a good night's sleep at 32 stone . I slept on a rice and recliner chair This worked for me 8 to 12 hours a night . I had to move back into my bed. A good night

This morning I was trying to reset an old broken window laptop. I got it back in 2012. I think . It could be 2013 . In its day it was top spec . I broke the screen a few years back. So I connected to the TV so there was a screen to work from . It has been very slow to do anything on it.

Wednesday went into a walk in center in Norwich . I had a pressure sore on my bum cheek . Every time I go in there I catch a cold bug .

When in the gym in Norwich in UK . I do 10 minutes on the leg cycle. You can ride round other cities across the world . I can't see what separates us as human beings .

Yesterday I had a hospital appointment in the UK. If you have Disabilities, you can get taken to the hospital and buy an ambulance. They have not cut that yet. The Paramedic had a bug that did not wear a face mask Breathed. all over me.

Why do TV and radio people and journalists take about incapacity benefit which has just about been replaced by employment support allowance . They get on there programs podcasts and talk about a benefit that no one can claim

There going to be a benefit cut in the UK. This worries me a lot . There nothing I can do till I know what being cut . I been on the long term sick from 59 I am now coming up to my 63 year . In last two years bin try to get my fitness back
