I use a combination of all the above. I still keep field notes handy for jotting down ideas when I’m at my desk or travelling. I use Reminders for to-do lists and subtasks. I started using Apple Notes for organizing reference links and Cosmos for image refs. Savee seems to be a good tool as well.
