I agree with Matthew Dowd—I thought Ezra Levin, one of the organizers of the No Kings gatherings, made such an important profound point yesterday. He said, "Our enemy here is not Trump; our enemy is fatalism and nihilism and cynicism." Once you give up your power, the authoritarian wins.
