I read from a Filipino on Discord that Spanish names are used in the Philippines and there is an equivalent of the Philippines in the DnD Forgotten Realms setting so the Szarrs might be Kozakuran-Bertanese(and that Kozakuran dictionary might be more useful to Caz than you think)
