Sooo this just happened! I legit could NOT find the building, but not far from where I THOUGHT it should be, there was this guard with his dog. Why is a ruin like this guarded?

Another interesting thing I don’t wanna keep from you is this sign I found on the way to the place. It reads:
“Danger to life! Trespassing is forbidden. The whole area is contaminated with ammunition and other warfare material.”
