The old skill tree was linear.

Everyone learned the same things in the same order. Made sense for complete beginners.

Made zero sense for people with existing skills. We were forcing experienced folks to redo what they already knew. (2/6)

Here's what I learned building this:
The best products don't come from "visionary founders."
They come from listening to real people with real problems and building exactly what they ask for.

✅ Community - 550+ people learning together. Ask questions. Share wins. Never feel alone.
Every feature = a problem they told me about.

The solution we built:
✅ Skill Tree - Clear path from day 1 to job-ready. No more "what's next?"
✅ Real Projects - Build actual portfolios with messy data and business problems. Show employers what you can do.

So we built the solution together.
Not what I thought they needed. What they told me they needed.
550+ people shaped every feature through their feedback, questions, and struggles.

Problem #4: "I feel completely alone"
Learning data analytics is isolating. Your friends don't get it. You start doubting yourself.
The community said: "We need people who understand what we're going through."

Problem #3: "I'm stuck and have no one to ask"
You hit a roadblock at 11 PM. Stack Overflow is confusing. YouTube doesn't have your exact problem. You waste 3 hours, get frustrated, quit.
The community said: "We need actual humans who can help when we're stuck."

Problem #2: "I have no portfolio"
You can watch 100 hours of tutorials. But when you apply for jobs, recruiters ask: "What have you built?"
Nothing. Because most courses use toy datasets.
The community said: "We need real projects that prove we can do the work."

Problem #1: "I don't know what to learn next"
People start with Excel tutorials. Then someone says "learn Python." Then "actually, learn SQL first." Then "you need statistics."
Result? Paralysis. Quitting.
The community said: "Just give us a clear roadmap."
