UK Supreme Court sets hearing date for seized Russian superyacht PHI.

Phi, the 60-meter superyacht moored at the UK’s Canary Wharf Harbour since March 2022, has its last chance to appeal its seizure with a Supreme Court hearing date set.

On November 27th, British shipyard Sunseeker International pleaded guilty to three charges for the use of 11 imports of illegal Myanmar teak & breach of timber laws.

This is the first prosecution under the UK Timber Regulation, making it a landmark UK Court Case.
