Hugs! I relate with the migraines and POTS. I "lucked out" and have vasovagal syncope instead of POTS (my heart rate genuinely went down by 50% on my tilt table) but treatment and symptoms seem to be pretty similar. The whole "there's no cure why do you want this" bs is so frustrating!

Now the real flex is if you can take them all in one go. (Please don't choke this is a joke)
