and i think despite Moiraine's belief, it is wholly reparable - it's just that Moiraine doesn't believe they will ever have a chance. and so it's as though she's forcing Siuan to begin to move on before she has to mourn.

the vindication when Moiraine says she would have done the same, or worse! it doesn't negate the hurt at all, but these two know each other as well as two people can know each other, and I'm so glad we see that onscreen, even when they are both in so much pain.
