I spent 40 years, despite knowing better for at least half of that, not strength training with any real consistency or intention. A few years ago I committed to it and haven’t looked back. Feel better and stronger approaching 43 than I did at 23. And dare I say I’m actually starting to enjoy it.

Just finished Steven Pressfield’s “Govt Cheese,” a cheeky memoir that I enjoyed. Really excited to crack open Wright Thompson’s latest tonight. I don’t think I’ve ever read anything of his that didn’t make me go, “Damn, that was something.”
