Anticholinergic rant time 📯

Oxybutynin, solifenacin and tolterodine significantly increase the risk of dementia. Trospium does not. However, non-CNS side effects (urinary retention, constipation, dry mouth, rapid HR) still likely in all of them and must not be ignored!
