Been a full time carer for last four years. But on Sunday mother died a pain-free peaceful death at home,
dog on the bed, me holding her hand. Were done. Solidarity to all carers out there. It's tough, especially with support systems in freefall. Will share thoughts when emotions settle

After two days cooped up from Storm Bert it was great to get out for a run along the cliffs to E. Runton and a stroll on the beach, back to Sheringham. No PBs to report. Just a great way to start the week
