Here’s the thing, it doesn’t matter how many followers one had on Twitterx. Bluesky isn’t Twitter. It’s all about real engagement here. Followers in the tens of thousands is just dopamine, but In the hundreds? It’s community.

I find the meme that says ‘before you self diagnose with depression, you should consider whether you are in fact surrounded by idiots’ very helpful on occasion! Sometimes the times are awful and all we can do is be honest and look after each other.

I feel like a jerk for doing/sayin that I do this, because It’s am of a generation where it is typical for gulls to be people pleasers. BUT. If you go to follow me, have 0 posts or previous interaction, and no or vague profile/pic,, I just block immediately. MENTAL HEALTH comes 1st for this birb.
