For Asian America the line between citizen and foreigner has never meant safety. Here is my etching from my grandmother’s painting of Heart Mountain, where she was imprisoned with her US citizen sons. My father volunteered for combat duty from behind barbed wire.

Umm I think we have the same cat. This one was an abandoned kitten rescued by a house less gentleman who took him to the cat ladies who frequent his park.

I followed science folks to try to stay alive when I got cancer during a pandemic. Still alive and learning from them: did you know smelling lotsa stuff exercises smell-brain connection, delaying dementia? Blooming here today. Yellow one is Kula gardenia. Amazing scent.

Hullo! They are putting foxes in charge of all the henhouses = the price of eggs will go up, and my chickens and I are hiding out over here with some migratory birds we followed.
