A Republican is sitting in the White House. Republicans control the Senate & House. They control everything and they own this government shutdown. It is their responsibility to deliver a budget plan that doesn’t continue to cut health care. They haven’t done that.

Instead of stopping the health care cuts, they shut down our government.
