I do all the cooking/baking for the holidays. I want to have homemade food but I also want to be able to relax and spend time with the kids while they're here. Prepping as much ahead of time is key. Without it I'm spending my entire time cooking and cleaning up. Not getting to visit and have fun.

My kids come and stay for a few days for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Some like savory breakfast, some like sweet and none of them get up at the same time (there's 8 of us) so it's easier and saves a mess to have the sweet stuff frozen so they can choose it individually. It reheats perfectly.

Finalizing my shopping list for all my baking ingredients for desserts and cookies. Baking/freezing breakfast goodies that I can pull out for quick easy meals for a crowd. I already have Buttermilk pancakes and French toast made. This week it's Buttermilk Biscuits and Cinnamon Rolls.
