when this happens to me (and it does quite often!) I keep these Trader Joe’s chocolate chip milk bread on hand. I eat 1-2 and it gets me satiated enough to get past the point of nausea. I also keep protein shakes handy for these instances too

That’s literally what my goals were when I started! It’s cheesy but keep going because it’s going to get easier and you’ll look forward to all the things your body can do

I should also clarify that I also have hated exercise and have been quoted as saying “endorphins aren’t real” but yeah I think I may have found the right approach to my own fitness? But yeah keep doing what makes you happy is basically all I can say

heyyy good job! I started lifting in May after being sedentary for basically a year and now I joined a winter running club and I’ve worked out every day for the past 40 days and idk who the hell i am anymore especially because I’ve also been horribly depressed
