On this day 30 years ago, @pearljam.com played one of my favorite concerts ever. I was 13 and it was my 3rd time seeing Pearl Jam. It was the first time I heard my fabrics songs Red Mosquito and I Got Shit, both unreleased. Unbelievable, unforgettable day.

Still high off of the incredibly epic Masayoshi Takanaka show I went to in LA this past weekend. 2 nights only in US, his first time since the 80s, now he's in his 70s. I'm young enough to be his kid, old enough to be the parent of so many in the crowd. Masayoshi san and his band blew us all away!

20 years ago, I bought this frame somewhere in Disney World when I worked there, with the hope that I could fill it with a picture of cats I would someday adopt. It took me 5 years as a cat owner to take a real photo of Dio and Lemmy.

I've had this shoebox for a month. Now, he expects "attention baths", in which i tap the bottom of the box, he hops in, and I pet and brush him indefinitely. He will continuously meow at me until I do so.

10 years ago today. One of the best shows I've ever been to, and a dream come true. Since then, we've lost Chris, but also my friend Annie who, along with her husband Mark, joined us in Seattle for this show. 🥺

I'm also on BeReal (Marieow) and have been for 2 years, where it sad cold and lonely. I think its like Snapchat? Today, I used it to post pernil asado, a dish from a Puertoriqueña restaurant in The Haight, Parada 22. It's also my favorite restaurant in the neighborhood.

The coffee Testament made is pretty good! This bizarre mug is the most appropriate mug to drink it from. 😆 Plus when I finish the beans, I'll have a new container for change.

I first saw him perform when he was 28, met him when he was 47, and this year, he gave me a used pick, a pour of wine, and a tambourine. He has always made art that made me feel seen and understood, and for that, I'm grateful. Happy 60th bday, Eddie Vedder!
